European Spaceflight Shipping
Welcome to where the hell is my order 101. First, let’s go over some basics. European Spaceflight orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner TPOP. They’re an awesome European company based in France that uses ethically sourced environmentally friendly products from European brands. This partnership is incredibly important to us as we believe that fulfilling proudly European products through a US or Chinese supplier would just have been wrong.
Once your order is received, the French maestros at TPOP process and produce your order within 2 to 4 working days and ship it out from their headquarters in France (no champagne or croissants included, unfortunately). Depending on where you are in the world, you can expect to get your order between 2 to 14 days later (specifics below). All orders are sent via first-class mail with a tracking number – no couriers just yet, unfortunately.
Shipping timelines per region
- For France, shipping takes 2-3 working days.
- If you’re in European Union, you’ll be waiting 3 to 10 working days.
- For the rest of the world, it’ll be 5 to 14 working days.

So, how much is this all going to cost, we sense you thinking. Well, more than we’d like but probably less than you’d think. You can see a breakdown of those pesky shipping costs below. We really have tried to keep these as low as possible
Shipping costs per region
- France – 3 EUR
- UK, EU, and Switzerland – 4 EUR
- World – 8 EUR
In addition to the above, you may have to fork out customs fees if you’re outside the EU – sorry UK space fans.
We know this isn’t perfect and it’s a long time to wait for an order but we hope that you’re up for it. It may be that we’ll eventually be able to fulfill all your orders ourselves but that day is not today. Please be patient with us, we really do appreciate your support!
