European Spaceflight Returns Policy
Returns are never fun, but we’ve tried to make the process as simple as possible to ensure that you aren’t stuck with an order that you can’t use or don’t want.
Let’s get the basics out of the way. Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to log a returns claim with us, as per EU legislation governing the purchase of online goods. You can return a product that has a defect or one that has been damaged. However, if you receive your product, and you really just can’t stand to look at it, we’ll also be happy to accept a return request.
How to log a returns claim:
- Take a picture of the item, highlighting any defects or damage that has been caused.
- Email returns@europeanspaceflight.com with the reason for your return request and attach the images.
- Our team will then review your request and advise you on the next steps.
A few more important things to keep in mind:
- If your order has severe visible damage to the packaging (more than a few dings and dents to the corners) when you receive it, do not accept it. Take a picture of the package and send it returns@europeanspaceflight.com. We will work with the delivery service and send you a new item in the meantime.
- We, unfortunately, can not cover return shipping costs upfront. We will ask you for an invoice for your confirmed shipping method, and the additional cost will be added to your refunded amount.
- In some instances, we may elect to replace your order without requiring you to return the product.
Please note that we endeavour to accept every returns request that we receive. However, we are also aware of the possibility of abuse. As a result, all return requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we do not guarantee every returns request will be granted. We’re a small business and excessive return rates can greatly affect our ability to continue to operate.
