"It is with great sadness that I understand that a contractor's lorry sank while building the access road to the launch site, through the peat and had to be hauled out. Rumours abound that the contractor:
1 has blocked site access.
2 has ceased working over non-payment.
3 a new route will be required(leading to additional planning permission being needed).
A further rumour alleges another subcontractor has withdrawn."
